A. How can I get a sample before bulk order? What should I do?
1). If you want a common style in the market, take our stock model, please afford the sample cost and express fee. We will send it accordingly
2). If it is an OEM/ODM guitar, give me your drawing for reference first,
B) Sample time?
Common style existing items: Within 3-7 days.
OEM/ODM style: Around 15-25 days, up to your drawings.
C) Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
1). Yes. We can print your Logo, product, package, or graphic carton custom once you meet our MOQ.
2). OEM or ODM orders must provide a detailed BOOM list and STEP drawing for reference.
3). Sample test before order is accepted.
D) What is the Warranty?
1). No damage to human factors, one-year warranty (Warranty scope including electronic parts, hardware).
2). If the product itself has a quality question, the factory exchanges the goods processing with unconditional to the customer.
E) How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
1) Strict detection during production.
2) Strict sampling inspection on products before shipment and intact product packaging ensured.
3). Production pictures and videos are updated to customers to keep follow-up production progress.
